Fashion Design Program
The approach of this sector is progressive and in the three years of study you will develop the understanding and the application of fashion design and modelling.
The first year will give you the basics of design and manufacturing and expose you to the cultural evolution of fashion. On finishing this preparatory year you will have an overall view of fashion, and you will then be able to choose an area of specialisation.
In the second year you will begin to put together your own designs. You will have the basics of modelling and will begin the industrialisation of garments. You will develop your understanding of fabrics and textiles.
In the third year you will master all channels of fashion design, from raw materials to point of sale. You will develop entirely your own collections. You will work on team projects where you will be in charge, as a designer.
On finishing the 3rd year, you will present a collection that you will have developed from A to Z to a jury of professionals and designers. You will have the possibility of being chosen to present your collection at the fashion show organised each year by Creapole for the fashion trade. On graduation you will find a wide range of professional opportunities open to you: stylist office, well-known ready-to-wear brands, large stores, etc. The professors will guide you in your first steps in your professional life.
In the 4th and 5th year, you will become a true manager open to international trends. A manager who masters all phases of the long process from initial design to sale in a prestigious boutique of an international airport.

Admissions Procedure
Admissions Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old, have a school-leaving certificate (equivalent to the final year at a French lycée) and have a sufficient level in French (spoken and written) to follow coursework at CREAPOLE-ESDI.
How to Apply
- Registration begins on December 1, 2005.
- Submit your application dossier containing:
- the "Application Form" (attached to this brochure. Fill in using capital letters);
- a school leaving certificate (final or provisional) from the last educational establishment you attended, translated into French;
- a certificate testifying to a good level of French, delivered by an official body or recognised school, accompanied by a French translation;
- evidence of payment of the registration fee (attach a photocopy of the bank transfer slip);
- 4 identity photographs taken recently (3.5 x 3 cm, portrait format) with the family and first name written on the back in capitals. One of these photos is to be attached to the Application Form in the box provided.
Using the enclosed CREAPOLE-ESDI envelope, mail or deliver your dossier directly to the "Registrations Service".
Admission by Dossier
- Candidates are admitted on the basis of their dossier. Interviews may be required.
- The dossier is examined immediately on reception.
Candidates will receive a decision within 15 days, together with further information necessary for final registration.
Also, the grades of the last educational institution attended must be joined with the application form.
Registration Fees
The registration fee is 150 €.

In case of transfer of the fee through a B/K or deposit of the fee in the B/K, the name of the student should be clearly shown on a bank order form. For every foreign bank transfer, the sum of 20 € will be added to the amount of the payment. (Registration fees are not reimbursed under any circumstances.)
Visa
Each candidate must carry out the necessary visa application procedures at the French Consulate in their country and bring a copy of the "Carte de séjour" to the school before the beginning of the course.
We call your attention to the fact that we are a creative design school and our main means of expression are visual. As regards the level required for French language skill, we will judge it by ourselves according to each section of design formation.
Tuition Fees
2006-2007 (1st Year): 6,600 €
2007-2008 (2nd Year): 8,000 €
2008-2009 (3rd Year): 8,100 €
2009-2010 (4th Year): 8,400 €
2010-2011 (5th Year): 6,800 €
